DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
FABL collections are designed with care from fresh, in-stock flowers. During our soft launch (September - November 2026), we require 2 or more business days of lead time for pre-designed (our "collections") order fulfillment. We are open from 11AM - 6PM Tuesday - Saturday.
Available delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Custom and bespoke requests may need more time to source specific flowers and are handled case by case.
We deliver to Crystal Lake and surrounding communities within 45 miles of our studio, using our own team or a trusted local courier.
Delivery fees are based on road distance from our studio and are calculated at checkout.
Roughly, pricing follows:
Up to 15 miles = ~$25
15-25 miles = ~$45
25-45 miles = ~$80
Pickup is free. After you order, we'll email the pickup address and your pickup time-frame. Please arrive during your pickup window so your flowers stay fresh.
Select in-stock collections may be available for same-day delivery or pickup. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on days we're open (Tuesday-Saturday), and same-day delivery is limited to addresses within 25 miles.
A same-day fee of $10 is added to your zone's delivery fee. Availability is limited and confirmed at checkout.
Custom orders are not eligible for same-day pickup or delivery unless specified.

Please provide a complete address (including unit or gate instructions) and a phone number for the recipient.

If no one is available, we'll try to reach you or the recipient, and we may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot if you authorize it. Otherwise, a redelivery fee may apply. Flowers are perishable, so we can't hold orders indefinitely.

We'll confirm your delivery timing via email and will call to confirm the address the day of delivery. We'll contact you if there's a delay or change to the delivery timeline.
Severe weather or unsafe roads may delay delivery. We'll contact you to reschedule at no added charge.
Flowers are seasonal and perishable. If a stem isn't available at the quality we require, we'll substitute one of similar color, or shape, keeping the spirit and value of the design. If a change would significantly alter the design, we'll contact you first.
Please inspect your arrangement on arrival. If it's damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Required replacements, natural variation in bloom stage, and color variation is not considered grounds for a replacement or reimbursement claim.
